Ok my Playstation 2 headset has finally died so Im in the process of getting a new one. Which is better single ear headset or both ear?

I used to have to tape a singing microphone to the side of my face, anything would be better than that.

I use a sterio headset with built in mike while playing WoW. It's great and I can still hear my wife asking me if I want coffee! :D

More and more games come with voice-over chat, and i've switched from a small sony stereo headset to a big unknown manufacturer headset with a microphone, wich cost me 6 euro from the market, it rules, much better quallity then my 2.1 speakerset :p.

Price doesn't say anything about quallity i gues :lol:.
Depends on how much luxery your used to but a base sound is really needed these days.

Skype is allready turning into one huge advertising.
I prefer Teamspeak or the build in version of Steam. Yet none of these are for playstation :p

Why would you even consider going for one ear? If you cover both ears witht he sound, you'll be way more into the game..

I meant Skype headsets, I wouldn't use their talk program for love or money! :)
