I scoured the forums and didn't see anything resembling my problem. I've downloaded the Retarded mod and placed it into my C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\mods folder, ran the Game Browser, and the mod doesn't even appear in the list of mods (which is empty as I haven't downloaded any other mods). Any idea why it wouldn't even show up? I had to create the mods folder, if that helps at all. Thanks a lot!

you need to put the "mods" folder in the Command & Conquer 3 folder in your My Documents folder. C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\My Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\

Well that would do it...just reread the readme in light of what you said, and that's exactly what it says to do. I must've glanced over that thinking you put it the same place where you put new maps. Thanks a lot!

I have mine in the correct spot... and yet nothing shows up there are no mods in the game browser.

C:\Documents and Settings\XXXXXXXX\My Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\modsAny ideas what the problem could be?

do you have a *.skudef file?

Yes all the mods have .skudef files.

try putting the .big file and the associated .skudef file in a folder with the same name as the .big file

try putting the .big file and the associated .skudef file in a folder with the same name as the .big file

The compiler creates the mod folder in the MyDocs\C&C3\mods folder and places de Big file there, and the SkuDef file should be in the same folder...
