Transitions

Would anyone perhaps know what the Transitions button is in skirmishes when making a random map? In Tiberian Sun (or Firestorm)?

I don't have those games so I'm not sure. Just curious.

Transition's are going from day to night, well in a sense. I don't think it actually goes from bright and sunny to dark and unlit, but there are small changes that occur.
