converting single player to multiplayer

i got told on the manual how to convert single to multiplayer maps [new -> import map] but it doesnt work, its still single player, just the triggers arent there.
help?

2. Open MP map in WordPad, look

3. Ask yourself "hmmm, what’s different?"
