A Manual for FA2?

I am looking for a complete manual (printed or electronic) that explains everything in Final Alert 2. All the menus and sub-menus with examples.

Yes, I know about the manual that comes in the help toolbar. Except for basic work it is useless. With all the features hinted at by this "manual", the real one should be about 300 pages long. I am looking for something a little more in depth about the software.
