Check this out! (http://haha.nu/amazing/lego-church/) I've seen some pretty impressive stuff made with Legos, but this one tops them all! :dismay:

very impressive indeed. I hope whoever made this won a prize or recieved compensation for the insane amount of time spent on this project.

I saw one a while back of a 16' long Imperial Star Destroyer, completely detailed inside. Lego creations like this are pretty awesome.

That guy needs a girl friend more than any male on the planet.

The only lego construction that I've ever seen come close to that in terms of detail would have to be an aircraft carrier I saw some time ago. I'll try to find the pics for it, but in the mean time, sweer...

I like the comment someone on the site made that there are too many churches in real life, and that this only adds to the idiocy of it all.

Uhh, Chuck...
This is a copy of Abston Church of Christ, created by Amy Hughes
May want to tweak that statement. ;)

Wish there was a picture of a person standing next to it so I could get a better idea of the size.

The temptation to Godzilla stomp that thing into a thousand pieces before I finished it would of been to great.

I think I got that for Christmas once, but the Abston Church of Christ Lego series didn't sell well. It was replaced by some stupid robotic Toa Legos or something. :p

Lego is great, some creativity there for sure. I also loved my Tinkertoy and Meccano.

Ok, and how much money did this guy spend to get enough legos to build that? Thats just insane.
