You need to step it up a notch, some of these know it alls dont actually get the message very well and dont mind being ignored. If the lockers are big enough, lock him in one, if he jumps up asking for more work again, you jump up and state that you have enough work and you dont need any more. Start a rumor that hes got herpes and noone should go near him, thatll teach him whos boss!

Of course if you wanna be civilized about it then just put up with him and enjoy the extra work..... Only losers would do that though :p
