Post your new years reoloutions for 2008 that we all know you wont keep after the 1st week if that :D.

My new years resoloution is to cut down on drinking and focus more of my time and energy to worthy causes like charity work.

Whats your new years resoloution?

To get myself into a consistent practice schedule for playing guitar. Similar thing with working out. I'll work out 3 times one day and then not work out 3 days in a row after that. <_<

I resolve to stop thinking of myself like the lyrics of "Clint Eastwood" by Gorillaz and more like the lyrics of "Take On Me" by A-ha.

Also, I resolve to make school a priority for the first time in my life.

Those are probably connected......

Dude, just play Guitar Hero: it's a well-known scientific fact that the incredibly realistic notes and strings will help you play far better than the real players themselves can -- how else can you explain being able to beat "Free Bird!?":p

...and so you have failed :p

Anywho, not making any resolutions- self improvement is a full time job, not just a once a year event! [/douche] :D

I figured I'd watch my eating habits. Since I've been here last, I've gotten a sit down job that's making me add on pounds. It doesn't help that where I work there are great cooks that have brought food by the tons the past few weeks and I've gained 10 pounds because of it... I say it'll last a couple weeks before I break again...

Get a job, pay off my dad for the repairwork that needs to be done on my car, and save enough money so I have enough cash for Anthrocon 2008.

Lose weight by getting my lazy ass to the gym! I started out my first semester going, but then I decided I'd rather sleep... This needs to be changed!

Make the same one I make every year. Quit smoking. I just might do it this time. These perscription pills have really cut my cravings down. Day one with out a smoke, and I only got cranky a couple of times.

I've done away with the resolutions and instead stuck to calling them goals.

I've also done away with the 2008 and moved to 1001 days.

I've also done away with the 1 or 2 resolutions and made 101 goals.

There's a lot of them on there obviously: financial, personal, social, adventurous, etc...

My personal favorites are:

4. Amass a 5-figure retirement fund
8. Travel back to Europe
9. Attend an 'Office' convention in Scranton, PA
52. Design own computer case

I'm actually gonna stick to my workout this year, I should look like a Spartan by August, pictures will be included. :p

Find a band to play with, so I'm not a just a blob of wasted potential.

Lastly, one word...Enzyte. :p
