Looks like it could be legit (the screenshot I mean, by now we know that RA3 is real), graphics are at a CNC3 level. Units look kind of weird though.

well Tiberium Dawn was released on sega saturn and sony's playstation platform if I recall correctly...so it's not all that weird..

the armored bears...seems to have taken a page out of the polish war strat during ww2, poles adopted a bear during their time in Iran, they actually used it to supply ammo during one battle.
