Is it possible to alter the oil wells gathering money? I saw a guy make a map with oil wells that gathered 10$ every second, but I don't know how he did it.....

Yeah. It's easy enough. You'll need to do some map modifying. To do this, you'll need to use a Map.ini file. I've uploaded one where you can change the income & have uploaded it over at cncmaps.net http://cncmaps.net/index.php?showtopic=1685 To use it, put it in your map folder.
I believe this will work for Generals as well as Zero Hour, but take note, if you are using Zero Hour, any players that don't have the map ahead of time will cause the game to mismatch. But this doesn't occur in Generals, only Zero Hour. You can transfer the map to other players, but the Map.ini file won't take affect on their computers. It won't work for them until they exit Zero Hour to their desktops & reload Zero Hour. As long as the player load Zero Hour from the desktop after getting the map, it will work.

Yeah. That's all. Any oil derrek will give the money specified in the Map.ini file.
If you don't know where your map folder is, go to My Document > Command & Conquer Generals (maybe Zero Hour) Data > Maps. There you will see a folder with the name of your map. Just put the Map.ini file in there.
