Chances are there were 3 different allied teams with the same color. I don't think its possible in RA2.

The RA2 AI, instead of getting a build speed bonus from multiple factories of the same type, makes multiple units.

If they have 2 war factories and build a rhino, they get one from each factory.

This is one of the ways they "cheat", but it isn't seen in normal skirmish games due to them only building a single factory of each type.
