yes it is RA version 1.08 on wwchat and RA3.03 interface internet if you cant connect to wwchat download the xwis tool and press reset same for the 3.03 version of red alert if it times out

Ehh... you simply don't need that xwis tool. You only need to reset it if you ever screwed up your settings by actually using it in the first place.

The xwis tool has become obsolete and even hinders multiplayer games ever since XWIS became the official WOL servers.

(It seems the people of APB still use it though, to connect to their own online servers)
