New nation

I believe I might have posted about this a while ago, but lost the URL to the forum, and since then, I can't find the post. But I digress.

How do I go about making a new nation/side in Red Alert 2? A TibEd walkthrough would be appreciated, but I have figured out codings now, and that will also do.

Unless you have the Rock Patch/NPatch, neither of which TibEd supports, this cannot be done.

do you mean edit an existing nation, ex: instead of having Africans you make them Italians?
