Pre-order exclusive maps

Don't get me wrong I really want this game, but I don't know if I can pre-order it, but I hate missing content. Will it be possible/probable that those "exclusive" maps will be either ripped or well-copied for download because if not I'm gonna go crazy if I can't pre-order >.<

But thats illegal.

And besides all the episodes of Doctor Who and all the CD's that I've stolen, I'm still sticking with the morality that stealing is wrong ;)

Apparently, the pre order is only for the exclusive content, not the game itself. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what it seemed like on the ad posted up on the RA3 website.
