Problems starting BETA

I have downloaded all the patches and the beta and everything i should need to start playing. however, when ever i go to log in, a disconnect notice pops up and states 'missing or invalid login parameter to FESL. please contact customer support.' I believe i am using the right login(ea account name) and the right passwords. I have never seen anything like this before. please help me. Thanks!

Use the e-mail account attached to your EA Master Account, and the password of your master account, creating whatever online ID you wish.

If that dosen't work, it would really do yourself favors to clarify a little more exactly what your problem is.

if i remember correctly, there are three different spaces to fill in while logging in. there is one for the ea account name, a password space, and an online id space. i filled in each with the right info and pressed login. at the bottom it said 'logging into gamespy.' after that, a license agreement appears, to which i press accept. after that, the error message appears. that is were im lost. Thanks in advance.

It says Email right on the screen. Enter in your EMAIL ADDRESS for your EA account, not your EA Account Name on that top box, and let us know if you still get the same problem.
