help with map please

what i would like to do is link a building to defense so when a eng takes the building the defense comes on line too for that player. can some one plase help me out with this i have tryed a few things but i cant get it to work.....

You can try looking at this map City Fortified [up or down on the map are power plants that can be captured for defences to be activated COOL] (Night or Day version) that you can download from here http://commandandconquer.filefront.com/file/CNC3_KW_Maps;89344 and see what the author of the map did to make the same thing as you good luck bro ... bye RallyChamp:D
