Can you RADEN guys add Support Powers for Red Alert 3?

Hey RADEN admins/mods, whoever....can you guys put up a page under Red Alert 3 listing all three factions Support Powers, aka "Top Secret Protocols"

What each one does, weather it's an upgrade, or if it's offensive like the Allies time bomb (Tier I, II, or III time bomb, etc.) or Defensive like the Iron Curtain...

List stats about each one, cool down periods, damage done, time it takes for a Tier III bomb to explode, etc.

Can you guys do something like that, thanks.
