I'm making a map that has AA guns (using the Soviets) that are Neutral aligned, but I want players to be able to capture them. I've tried setting it to Neutral and I'm not able to capture it.

Is there a way to do this?

Well I'm no expert modder, but defensive structures arn't capturable in the first place.
Although, if the files are anything like they are in Ra2, which they probably arn't but you can try anyways.

Go into the structures base file and set Capturable-0 to Capturable-1
