[Help]Locking vehicles

Hello,i new in map modding,
i wanted to ask for 2 things,
1.please fix the videos in the "Important",the first video
2.i try to edit my friends map,how can i "Lock" the vehicles?
i mean the map is infantry only, so i want to lock all the structures that don't belong to infantry...
