Very sorry the problem was fixed when i changed my screen res of all things, just delete this or what ever and sorry for wasting your time
Sorry that asking for help is my second post (and first in a while).
I have been lurking around these forums for a bit and today I downloaded all the tools for making renegade maps(me and my friends were looking for a project to work on and this may just be it)
I have a problem not with the tools but with Renegade its self.
When I didn’t have a clue I had online problems with Renegade so I uninstalled the game (hoping a reinstall would fix it)how ever I used the wrong uninstall exe so It didn’t delete all of the renegade files. When I tried to reinstall Renegade (after deleting the old files) it did not work, on start up before it gets any where it displays the game has stopped responding error.
I was wondering could it be possible that a registry key that has not been properly deleted be preventing me reinstalling my game an running it properly and if so how could I fix such an issue.
I have windows vista, have been running the game as admin (it was installed as admin to) and compatibility mode for XP service pack 2.
Thanks in advance Revolutionary :)
