As was suggested in an earlier fan-fic thread, Blue Aurora has found himself a 'host' of sorts to present his work for him, a proxy through which he could prove himself responsible enough to reacquire his privelidges. The following is BA's own work, untouched, unedited, and uncut:

The War on EA

By Nelson “Blue Aurora” Neo

Chapter 1: My History

Hi, my name is Nelson Neo. I came into the C&C Community in 2001, when I first got Red Alert 2 from my uncle’s father-in-law. I used to regularly discuss about C&C till my classmates in my old school fell asleep. But thanks to a long visit away from the official Westwood Studios, I lost taste and forgot about it. Until a couple of years later, when I got C&C: Generals, my taste was renewed. Soon, I dropped into a website called Generals Files for a while, until I discovered CNCDEN via Google.

I had a knack for literature, and I always wanted it to become a writer. I read all of the stories. Some were good. Some were average. Some were bad. But the finest I saw was that of Apache_Longbow’s. His stories were the ones that led to the final card of me writing a story. I wrote Operation Prison Convoy and emailed it to Lion. He accepted it. I was thrilled. My family impressed. I caught some fans and made one author admit defeat. It was the start of my career. Though I shortly had arguments with Lion, pressing him on with my fourth (and perhaps amongst the best and my favorite stories written by me), Operation Bloody Negotiations. He warned me and I took it, shutting up for an entire week.

But after that, my stories still continued, despite the DENs’ crash and imposters. I wrote three or so short stories for CNCDEN. I wrote a long story (The Retrieval) and a continuing series, The Memoirs of Jarmen Kell. Unluckily for me, Lion rejected The Memoirs of Jarmen Kell, saying “it’s too explicit for the DENs,” and The Retrieval was a total flop, because I didn’t have enough military facts and it was too vague. The Memoirs of Jarmen Kell might have done a better job if Lion had more patience and tolerance. It was accepted at Planet CNC though. Operation Saintly Eagle was released, and it’s still going on (until the last of the three chapters are completed.)

But after that came Generals 2, my finest of them all. Lion nominated it as the best of all my stories (not to mention the finest he has seen,) though Apache_Longbow thought of it as a “3.5”. Months after that, I registered on the short-lived Blurb forums, dominating it with my posts. But Lion, bowing to public pressure and his staff members, disbanded the Blurb forums and created a new forum on the Den Games Network Forums. That was how I registered there and earned my fame through my spamming. Stupidly of me, I choose to ignore Rolk—the forum policeman—thus making him loose his patience and not allowing me to create threads. Half of the DGNF loathed me, including my favorite C&C writer—Apache_Longbow himself. I’m trying to earn my right back.

And the purpose of this story? Its not only to tell you of my past, but to tell you of our fight.

A pretty well written biography as far as I can see BA. Although, it does have a certain sense of bitterness to it ;)

Well, I've set up the thread for you, and your first section didn't need any editing as far as I could tell. Why not just post it yourself? Seems you've certainly garnered some interest in your work in this thread, BA. Good job.

Chapter 2: EA's Big Fat Announcement

In the morning, I woke up, out my bed to see thousands of people gathering around a billboard, about 30 times the size of the original Sony flat-screen TV.

I walked toward an excited Wargrudge, his brown eyes sparkling with glee.

"What's going on?" I asked, totally void of what was occuring.

He raised his hand, toward the massive billboard, which showed some gigantic alien-like beast firing a white beam at a vehicle. On top, in capital neon letters was "Command & Conquer 3." The huge crowd cheered, some tossing their hats into mid-air. Many whistled. Others simply jumped. But only a couple of people knew that this was a phony. Meselfs and I.

I could tell by looking at him that he was not staring at the letters. He was staring at a little round circle with a gray outline, labelled 'EA' in it. I knew that whoever snuck this through did provide light. At the bottom of this concept art, it was labelled in italic: Coming soon in 2005!. Virtual Octopus, a little white sheep wearing a red scarf, which was decorated with horizontal stripes, was distributing flyers of EA announcing they would give better support. I received one from the Vatican moderating sheep. It read:

EA Provides Better Support

Dear Fans of Electronic Arts,
I deeply regret my insensitiveness of not providing support for our games for you all. We've recently figured that we've made a countless amount of pennies and we've decided to take out our earplugs. If we continue this at this rate, we'll be disliked by many. We shall provide better support and listen to you all.
Sincerely,
The Head of Electronic Arts
I knew EA was lying. Lion thought this was real. I think I'd better tell him what they were up to.

Chapter 3: Lion's House

Lion's house was a typical American house: paper-white paint, wooden, with a couple of plastic or wooden chairs lying on the porch. I took the DEN Website Community Bus, which for a some weird reason, looked like a New York cab and gave you a claustrophobic feeling the moment you glared at it. It was a rusty red...actually, saying it was just rusty red would be an understatement. It was so rusty red that it would be virtually invisble to the naked eye if it went into the sunset. Its windows were a crystal-clear, cleaned just about everyday, as fresh as the day they were bought. The interior seats were made of posh leather, giving a white glance as the sunlight skimmed across. But the engine of the bus that particular bus (its number was 8312), was anything but top-notch. It was so damn slow that you could bet that the Galapogos tortoise could outrun it! Fortunately, the bus fare wasn't that expensive (I rarely bring a wallet around) and the ride wasn't so long.

I rang the doorbell, which was seemed to be made of gold, yet I knew it was none other than brass. "Coming!" said an American-accented voice, brimming with lots of life and plenty of warmth. Lion opened the door. He looked similar to the drawing if you go onto the official CNCDEN website. The most of his body was covered with golden fur, except for his chest, which was a pure white and his mane, a reddish-brown. His cats were playing around inside.

"I didn't expect to see you here Nelson. What brings you here old buddy?" the feline smiled,

"A warning." I spat simply,

"What do you mean?" His eyes gleaming with curiousity,

I took a deep breath and slowly explained everything.

"Nelson," he laughed, "I do trust Electronic Arts this time and I think that they will fulfill their promise."

"You sure?"

"Certainly." he beamed with confidence,

My eyes twitched, thinking of something. Then it just happened.

"Where did VO get the flyers from EA?"

"From the nearby EA outpost."

"Oh, I..."

All of a sudden, Lion's telephone, which was a jet-black color and it resembled plenty of American house-hold phones, rang. I jumped in surprise. I wasn't expecting a call, or was Lion. The big cat, displaying no emotion, picked it up.

"Yes? Hal speaking, who is this?"

"Oh my god!!!" beamed an attractive, British accented female voice, "Lion, come over quickly, come over!"

"What is it?"

"I made a discovery...its something about VO."

The big cat's eyes shot out by a centimeter. "What do you..."

"Come here quickly." I knew that there was no time to explain.

"Right." Lion chirped, then hung up.

"What is it?" I wondered, puzzled.

"It's Wesforce." he said, cocking his head to the right. "She discovered something at VO's."

"What - "

"No time to explain, let's get to it!"

In a nanosecond, Lion's left arm shot out like a rifle bullet and grabbed me by my collar. I was pulled into his garage, where I saw the Green Map-Reviewing Humvee. It was just like in the screenshots of this amazing vehicle's adventures. It was light-green on the bonnet and the back, it had a BGM-71 TOW 2 Heavy Anti Armor Missile Launcher, capable of demolishing enemy tanks with ease and shooting down enemy helicopters. Its machine gun turret was small, and it was as round as the full moon. The windows were tinted, black as the night sky. I knew that this was a speedy vehicle, as fast as a sports car was. It had a stencil of a muscular man in a black bandana, with white polka dots plastered all over. A wrench was in one of his arms. It was RVMECH's signituare for everything he repaired or made. I instantly guessed RVMECH modified the engine to go as fast as the McLaren F1. I was right.

As Lion flicked two switches, one to start up the Humvee and the other to open the door, he immediately slammed his foot on the accelerator, and we were off.

Chapter 4: The Discovery

VO's postbox was an American one, it was red-colored and it had a picture of a little white sheep with "VO" in capital letters. But today it wasn't going to receive any mail. A loud roar was heard as Lion's Humvee ran over it, cutting it to shreds. Chunks of it landed on one of the house's windows, creating jagged cracks on the glass.

We got out. Lion took out two M16A2s from the trunk and passed one to me.

"Be careful." he whispered into my ear, and we slowly crept to the door.

"Ready?" he asked,

I nodded.

He gave a huge kick with his leg and the door fell to ground. Wesforce was inside.

Wesforce was a very attractive lady. Her hair was a luminous pink, and it snaked all the way to her buttocks. She wore black sunglasses and a smart British military uniform, decorated with a collection of sparkly badges on one of her breasts. She was well-shaped, much like a supermodel, and it was complete with a gentle, warm voice that could be of a female pop star and leather high heels. I was never fond of women (but I do have a girlfriend,) but Wesforce was too beautiful to resist for almost anybody.

"What's up?" I asked,

She said nothing. Instead, she pointed to a nearby, squirming sack. It was so well tied that she herself couldn't do it. We proceeded to untie it. I had no idea what was inside, but it was a shock when we found out: it was Virtual Octopus.

"WHOA!!" I beamed, "What were you doing in there VO?"

The sheep, sweating like a pig, quickly told us.

"An EA agent?" wondered Wesforce, "what do you mean?"

"LOOK!" screamed the sheep as he raised his hoof to point at another VO. "That's him!"

The imposter swore, and jumped out of the fake sheep suit. He pulled out a shotgun, threatening that he'll shoot us. But before he could pull the trigger, I shot him first. So much for his "marksmanship skills."

"Hey, there's something in his pocket." One of us said,

"Take it out!"

We looked at it in horror. This was not good.

Chapter 5: Conscription

Within moments of the discovery, the card was displayed on LNN TV. Thousands of fans were shocked. Several other sites such as Planet CNC started supporting Lion (who, like many, was enraged) to go to war. CNC Matrix promised to supply arms. CNC Gaming started to manufacture bullets for the guns. Admiral James "Fallen Crusader" Ward - leader of the Planet CNC Navy - offered older warships retired from the PCNC Navy to form the recently-founded DEN Navy.

I was one of the many soldiers of all ages that were recruited. The majority of the soldiers were in their mid-teens, while the fewest were soldiers who were either adults and female. I was in the DEN Infantry Division 0018, the (as the number suggested) eighteenth division in the DEN Army.

I was an infantryman, carrying amongst the latest in technology: Desert Eagles, night-vision goggles, bio-chem suits, M16A2 Semi-Automatic Rifle, two strobe grenades and three frag grenades, half a month's supply of food, a tracer beacon and all sorts of things.

Training lasted half a month for me before I was sent off into battle. Not much happened in the training, but there was one incident involving Noobie51, he ate masses of beans, dairy products, chips and all sorts of things that can make people gassy. He stank up the entire place and it disgusted everyone (including me) so bad that it made all of us literally flooded the whole cafeteria with vomit. He was forced to mop the entire area up by 1st Lieutenant Wesforce. (he certainly deserved it  )

Other than that, it wasn't much fun. The real action came when we were sent to the frontline.

Chapter 6: The Road to the Outpost Battle
My squad leader was a 100-year-old Englishman named Artificial Idiot. It was unbelievable that he was 100-years-old, as he looked like a 50-year-old bodybuilder. His hair was pure-white, and he had brown eyes that showed joy, but hid an aura of toughness. He was about 5'10 in height, and he wore a desert camouflage suit. His badges showed that he was an officer.

Also in the group was Apache Longbow, our air-support pilot, who flew a military helicopter of the same name. He, like our leader, was at the same height. He was 16-years-old, brown-haired and was a private.

The biggest in the group was the giant KrasnyOktyabr. 6'7 tall, powerfully-built and complete with a deep, booming voice, this guy was someone you would not want to mess around. He was our anti-tank trooper, and a man that could eat an entire buffet (including the table) and still not get sick.

ElDiablo was our sniper. He was a cocky, bright towheaded 19-year-old. He wore googles that could have come from a worker in a nuclear reactor. He was intelligent and cool at the same time. I got the impression he was popular during high-school.

Derek was just another private, 14-years-old, 5'7 feet tall, he was an infantryman.

Desolator12 was a Desolator (as his name suggests.) His uniform was a bright-red color, with a belt containing his infamous Napalm Grenades, complete with his omni-present radiation cannon.

Noobie51, was a tank commander, rashly trained by veteran tankers from the CNC Source Army, along with the rest of his tank crew: Wargrudge (the driver,) Tofu (the gunner,) and Nyerguds as the loader.

It was a road...a road to a long battle. After leaving the DEN City (CNC Side), we marched on to the nearby outpost. Though the walk took 15 minutes, it seemed like an eternity. I was whining and groaning, and it took 17 slaps from Officer Idiot to pipe me down. But what would make me shut up for a long while would be the battle.

BA, this just doesn't seem to flow. As in, rather then flowing from one event to the other, it seems to just stop dead to introduce new characters in a technical format. Take the last instalment, it was honestly like reading bullet points.

What I mean is, you seem to be sacrificing the flow and feel of the story to include technical information. Really, you should be trying to make the members you are using bend to the story, as opposed to bending the story to them.

Chapter 6: The Outpost Battle
Little did we know, as we snaked along the road, we were the first unit to be spotted by an EA spy drone.

Our leader saw the Scout Drone - which was a perfect replica of the U.S. Army's Predator - but it was too late.

It was zooming off swiftly into the distance, till it became nothing more than a little white speck.

AI swore.

Almost instantly, an Orca had popped out of nowhere. ElDiablo and I were knocked off our feet. "Shoot it down!" AI ordered, pointing a condemning finger at the aerial vehicle.

"Where's a rocket launcher?" someone screamed.

The Orca fired a TOW missile at Noobie51's tank - a NOD Tick Tank Class-AA. A muffled cry was heard as the tank instantly reversed. The missile dove to the ground, exploding instantly on the surface in a small ball of flame. It was plain, simple luck that the pilot didn't lock-on the tank. It was flying at a low altitude, enough for our guns' bullets to reach the damn thing.

We raised our guns and let out a torrent of bullets, little white lines that were savagely trying to cut themselves through the Orca's reinforced aluminum chassis. The pilot was obviously terrified, steering his plane to and fro, trying to dodge the endless barrage.

At last the plane gave. A blade of fire burst out of one of it's engines. Then it grew larger, until the flame swallowed the engine whole. The man screamed for help. His plane did a swan-dive and there was a humongous blob of fire on the desert.

We all thought the danger was over and advanced on. There we saw a huge battlefield of EA Heavy Tanks fighting against our Lasher Tanks. Our Comanches and Apaches were flying around, spewing lead at the enemy Orcas, which returned the favor by launching an arrow of warheads.

"Who is God's name is crazy enough to use Lasher Tanks against Heavy Tanks?" yelled ElDiablo.

"That was the best RVMECH could afford...." muttered our seargent.

"Third-class???!!!!" I beamed. "I thought that we would be using Tick Tanks against EA's Heavy Tanks."

"We used all remaining money on Tick Tanks, which could fare better against the Heavies."

"Never mind, never mind!" hissed our Seargent, "let's get cracking."

We advanced. Deso's RAD cannon was capable of killing crews of vehicles, leaving the vehicle a hollow shell, so we didn't have to worry about the tanks. What we did need to worry about was the airplanes, because his RAD cannon had poor accuracy when it came to downing aerial vehicles.
