"The Guardian" -a short story

howdy folks- I wrote this for my creative writing class, and figured I'd post it here. It's about 3 and 1/2 pages long- and no, it's not a fan fiction, just an independent story. Its good, its got a few really nice descriptions, overall a good peice of work.

Actually, I haven't handed in the "final copy" yet, but I don't think much will change from the current version- so no grade yet :p Anyway, thx for the review (everybody says the descriptions are good, wh00t)
