First, AI cheats, period! Hard armies have their units with +20% rate of fire, +20 HP. Ai also receive $5000-$10000 cash amounts from time to time. Be aware of that.
It doesn't make cheating by you legitimate. So you started the wrong path. Instead you should focus on learning the game, see some replays and test yourself. Tbh, you don't know the basics of the game yet.
Second, the AI didn't team up against you. It fights whomever it crosses. In fact, you were barely attacked. Had they teamed up, you'd be steamrolled in seconds, as soon as they arrive to your base.

Online play may suffer from some buggers and cheaters but it offers a much better chance of playing a decent match. Quickmatch offers plenty of chances for you to learn since there's all kind of players there. But start by studying the game further. You still have a lot to learn about it.
You can visit this forum's replay section to find some good play there and even join us on Sundays for a game.
Oh and avoid playing skirmishes with hard AI. It teaches you nothing but bunker up, and that, i assure you, will not work vs an human.
