Red Alert 95 - Mission/map editing ?

Hi, I've been playing C&C games since they came out, modding them since was able to undertstand how, But:
I have modded tiberian sun, RA2 and YR extensively but i aways seem to go back to C&C 95 and RA95 too.

I really want to edit some of the missions that are i the campaign, and i have no idea where to look for the maps and / or ini files for those maps, or even what format the maps are in.


Has anyone ever done some custom campaigns or modded the existing ones?
