PLEASE REPLY!! What software and files do i need to mod generals?

I Play with my older brother His USA and I use china.
The resources went out and I bought many hackers which is equivalent to 1 cash drop in USA. I wish to modify, add a hacker troops!! a mobile with 8 hackers inside that hacks and are stealth.
And or add oil depo to china. I forgot what software and file i need to edit or modify command&conquer generals. PLEASE. many thanks

in my country i can get 3dmaxx for php 80 equivalent to $2. in street pirated cd/dvd vendor. are you professional. I bought once and i created a terror drone. But it pixel or something like that is too much it is 2000 and in redalert 2 what is only fitted to add a custom graphic is 50 only. that lines when you created a graphics!!! If you wanted there is torrent look for torrent download utorrent software to grab torrent files and search for 3dmax torrent. And download it using utorrent software. Or find a free license, there is a free software like 3dmaxx. search for how to create a graphic like voxel etc. then you will find a free software fot that programming by people or users.

Mk i see what ur asking really the best thing tht i could do with out going to in depth is make another outpost like the listening outpost but it will have all hackers in it and id make it cost as much as a supply depot of Usa BUT!!! i dont know how to make it where they hack out of it . srry if you want it a dif way then regard this post
