Hidden money bank in xml

Let me explain what i want :

Tiberium refenery can save max 500$
Silo 2000$

So, after these 2 step we guess we float till 2500 MAX...but NO :'( You have a free 3000$ bank but i dunno where...It's not a building (even the cc).

So....where can i mod that ?

You want to hold more? Just change the "Capacity" section, same applies to refineries.

You havent my idea :

REfenery can hold money
Silo can hold money

BUT

There is another stuff in this game able to save 3000$ and i dunno where...

I think the tech silo is the other thing that can hold money.

Also, why would you bother?

I'd guess so that he'd have to build silos less. But where'd you get this thing about a "free bank"?

Just set "Capacity" of the refinery to 9999999, which is what the Scrin refinery is set at.
