Nintendo DS Scrabble. Not for kids.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...ear-words.html

" Any doubt was removed when the next word the computer offered was '*****ers', which it defined as 'a slang word for chavs'. "

In my opinion, it sounds educational.

Hey, its serious scrabble

Also,

Well, technically swear words, or anything that isn't in a dictionary, are not valid answers for a game of Scrabble.

Shame on Ubisoft for not getting this right. The fact that a "Junior" option needs to be turned on to avoid the word "****" is a little obscene.

I want to know what kind of 8 year old boy has a pink nintendo DS and i quote "loves Scrabble"...

Id be more worried bout the boy if i was his father

The man who makes it dosn't need it, the man who buys it dosn't want it, the man who uses it dosn't know it. what is it? (answers on a postcard)

Swear words are any decent dictionary, and are perfectly valid in Scrabble.

True that swear words are in some dictionaries, most swear words (particularly of the 4 letter variety) are illegal in games of Scrabble. Or so says the up to date OWL Dictionary my friends got me for my last birthday.

Yes, I'm that pathetic.

We've tried to play "****" several times, but gotten shot down by the dictionary. One time a friend laid "bitch", and I tried to lay "****". Because, what better of a way to counter "bitch" than "****". Unfortunately, OWL said otherwise.
