Where did you put it?
Favorite Tiberian Sun Army: GDI
Favorite Red Alert 2 Army: Lybians
Favorite Zero Hour Armies: Nuke General, Tank General or Toxin
Favorite C&C 3 Army: Didn't like the game much but I'd say Zocom
Favorite Red Alert 3 Army: Soviets (I like the Allies too though, but I prefer Soviets)
what did you change...? If you did put it in the right place (your RA2 root folder) then maybe you didn't code it correctly, or you made changes that aren't immediately noticeable.
"Miss me?"
"Not at this range."
"Still Pissed?"
"No, but I do have to kill you..."
**Fighting Scene**
"Yup, she's pissed..."
**BOOM**
"Real pissed!"

umm... root folder? wat's that? and, no, the changes would be noticeable, i dropped the price of buildings.
No, C: \Westwood \RA2. Yuri's Revenge does not have a folder on its own. Both the files of RA2 and YR are in that same folder and thus any additional files need to be put there, being RA2 or YR.
If you use TFD, I think the path is C: \Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer(tm) Red Alert 2
